Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise / Solution Architect with a strong background in pharmacy and healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Design end-to-end solution architectures for healthcare and pharmacy platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR
• Lead integration of pharmacy systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and third-party healthcare services
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and interoperability
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and architecture reviews
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for complex healthcare implementations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on enterprise/solution architecture
• Proven experience in healthcare or pharmacy technology domain
• Strong understanding of:
  • Pharmacy systems (PBM, medication management, claims processing)
  • Healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
  • Regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems architecture
• Experience integrating EHR/EMR systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading healthcare platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• TOGAF or other architecture certifications
• Experience with data architecture, analytics, and healthcare data platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
