Enterprise Asset Management

Required skills:
Maximo configuration (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, PM, etc.), workflows, escalations, automation scripts. MIF basics: REST/SOAP, XML/JSON. BIRT reporting, SQL queries. Data loading via Migration Manager, cleansing for migrations. User/security management, RBAC, basic WebSphere/DB2/Oracle/SQL Server knowledge.

Functional & Domain Knowledge
Solid EAM understanding: asset lifecycle, PM, inventory, procurement, work management. Industry exposure (utilities, manufacturing, facilities, transport, oil & gas) is a plus.

Soft Skills
Clear communication, translating business needs into configs, problem-solving, documentation, user training & support.
