•       Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – medium/large organizations
•       IT architecture development & governance (data, solutions, infrastructure)
•       Experience aligning business objectives with IT strategy
•       Strong stakeholder management – senior leadership, SMEs, technical teams
•       Enterprise-level infrastructure knowledge (Cloud, Data, Security, Networking)
•       IT policy development & architectural standards governance
