We are looking for a skilled Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in Dell KACE to manage and optimize endpoint environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Dell KACE (SMA/Systems Management Appliance)
Perform software deployment, patch management, and OS provisioning
Handle endpoint configuration, asset management, and compliance
Automate processes using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and ensure system stability
Manage imaging, updates, and security policies
Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure and endpoint optimization

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Dell KACE (SMA/K1000/K2000)
Experience in Windows/Mac endpoint management
Knowledge of patching, imaging, and software deployment
Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune (nice to have)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
