Job Overview

Seeking a hands-on Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, and services. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Dynatrace across enterprise environments.
• Develop custom monitoring dashboards, alerts, and insights using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, alerting issues, and platform health concerns.
• Partner with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to define and implement SLIs/SLOs.
• Lead initiatives around logging, tracing, monitoring, and proactive incident management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration and installation
• 5+ years of experience with Dynatrace Query Language (DQL)
• 5+ years of troubleshooting performance and alerting issues

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Experience defining SLIs/SLOs
• Background in infrastructure and performance engineering
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace APM
