Required Qualifications

5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions as a senior developer or technical lead.
Expertise in:
C# plugin development
JavaScript/TypeScript customization
FetchXML query design
SSRS RDL report development for Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
Strong understanding of the cloud version of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse architecture.
Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM, pipelines, versioning, and deployments.
Ability to work independently, make architectural recommendations, and own solutions from design to deployment.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
