Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of IT experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Dynamics CRM Customization & Configuration
  • Plugins, Workflows, and Custom APIs
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong development experience in:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • JavaScript
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migration
• Knowledge of SQL Server and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics CRM solutions
• Build plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements
• Support CRM enhancements, deployments, and troubleshooting
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
