Dynamics 365 Support / Admin
Pay rate: 10 LPA
24 months contract
Remote in India (India shift with some US shift timing overlapping)
Develop, implement, and support a Dynamics 365 (D 365) Customer Engagement for Xbox Safety.
The current person does a lot of the Dynamics admin work. However, they also do set up new pipeline for intaking escalations as well. For example, we are right now working on setting up intaking tickets from a webform on a website into our dynamics. It is likely more admin work than anything. there is some engineering work at times too.
Duties:
Perform Requirements/Spec reviews and Swags/ Estimation of features
Application development specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 which includes configuration and extension of core CRM features such as web services, Plug-Ins, reporting workflows, custom development, and integrations based on Xbox Safety’s engineering team capacity.
Participate in project stand up meetings and report accomplishments weekly.
Program & stakeholder management
Manage Project meetings (organize, lead, document minutes, status, etc.)
Weekly status reports, all project communications
Developing, testing and releasing/deploying identified functionalities in multiple sprints
Escalate all blocking issues timely to Microsoft FTE Ops Manger.
Work with Microsoft Xbox Safety FTEs to get all deliverables approved and signed off.
Perform and lead user Acceptance Testing Support for Change Requests, Major/Minor
Enhancement, bug fixes and Production support for bug fixes and incident fixes etc
Adhere to Microsoft best practices and compliances (GDPR, SDL & Accessibility, Internal Assessment)
Maintenance of User Stories and Tasks in VSO.
