Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant (Contract role) with expertise in Supply Chain Operations Such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Shipping & Production processes to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) post implementation enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the above listed modules and be comfortable working closely with business users to enhance D365 F&O Processes with custom solutions/workflows.
This is an onsite role in Lewisville, TX, requiring candidates to work from the office.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and provide system enhancement recommendations.
Configure and write functional specs to customize D365 F&O applications
Support Business users for application related issues (Support tickets)
Conduct manual testing of applications.
Train end-users and assist in changing management efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse & Production, order management, pricing modules and fulfillment workflows.
Experience with Finance Applications is a plus
Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
General Requirements
7+ years of experience in a functional consultant role for D365 F&O.
Strong knowledge of ERP business processes and system configurations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
