📌 Role: Dynamics 365 CCaaS & Copilot Studio Architect
📍 Location: GA,,IL,VA, Northern Virginia, NC,PA (Local candidates only)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and own end-to-end Dynamics 365 CCaaS solution architecture
• Translate business and CX requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Architect across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel (voice & digital), and Copilot Studio
• Build AI-driven solutions including virtual agents and bot-to-agent handoffs
• Define Azure-based integration architecture with enterprise systems
• Design data architecture, analytics, and reporting with governance and privacy controls
• Establish ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
• Provide hands-on leadership, documentation, and governance through delivery

✅ Requirements:
• 12+ years in solution/technical architecture with CCaaS/CRM focus
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CCaaS solutions
• Expertise in Copilot Studio and conversational AI
• Deep knowledge of Azure integration and cloud architecture
• Understanding of contact center operations, routing, and KPIs
• Experience in large-scale or regulated environments preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure) are a plus
