Seeking a seasoned .NET Developer Lead to drive AI-integrated enterprise applications using cutting-edge tools like GitHub Copilot and LLMs. This leadership role focuses on architectural innovation, team mentoring, and seamless AI adoption in .NET ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of AI-enhanced .NET applications (C#, .NET Core/6+), leveraging Copilot for prototyping, refactoring, and CI/CD automation.

Collaborate with architecture teams to integrate AI-generated code while maintaining SOLID principles and enterprise standards.

Mentor developers on Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI; conduct code reviews and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Design scalable solutions with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker/Kubernetes.

Ensure compliance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in DevOps pipelines.

Required Qualifications

6+ years .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI); 2+ years leadership/Tech Lead.

Proven hands-on with GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAG; deep AI/ML understanding.

Expertise in OOP, design patterns, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Git, Agile/DevOps
