Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Lead – Product Cybersecurity Engineer with strong experience in the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will lead cybersecurity initiatives for automotive products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering secure, resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity efforts for automotive product development
• Define and implement product security architecture and strategies
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis
• Ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and compliance
• Guide secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
• Oversee penetration testing, security validation, and incident response
• Mentor and lead a team of cybersecurity engineers
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end product security

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on product/embedded systems
• Strong experience in automotive cybersecurity
• Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29, and related standards
• Experience with threat modeling methodologies (TARA, STRIDE, etc.)
• Understanding of embedded systems, ECU architecture, and vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and cryptographic principles
• Experience with vulnerability management and security testing tools
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
