Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in L3 application support and production issue troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with supporting Java applications and strong command on writing complex SQL
• Good knowledge of AWS services, especially CloudWatch
• Solid CI/CD pipeline implementation and support experience
• Hands-on experience with Docker and deploying applications on EKS/Kubernetes
• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
Role Focus:
• Production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Deployment support and operational stability of containerized applications
• Collaboration with development and platform teams
