✔️ Experience in Active Directory / Windows Domain Integration
(Domain Join, GPOs, Service Accounts)
✔️ Integration of ServiceNow with CI/CD pipelines
(Automated workflows using APIs or GitHub Actions)
✔️ Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and DevOps practices
