Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with PSOC (Production Support Operations Center) experience to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps practices along with hands-on experience in production support, monitoring, and incident management in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and support production environments (PSOC/NOC support)
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability tools
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Automate deployment, scaling, and system operations
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems
• Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and runbooks
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Production Support
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
• Experience in incident management and PSOC/NOC environments
