Developer (AI/ML Scientist)

• Optimize model performance and scalability in production environments
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and tuning
• Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility of ML workflows
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or data science
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), or Java/Scala
• Experience with ML frameworks such as:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts
• Experience with data processing and analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
• Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Experience deploying models using APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
