Job Description
Role: ECAD Support/Desktop Support
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 24 Months
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Compass and Confluence
- Experience writing material and conducting trainings
- Ability to identify, triage and debug technical design issues, arriving at root cause
- Some understanding of the HW design process from library creation to schematic, PCB design and signal analysis flow
- Some understanding of the QA process and test case development
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint or similar tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to work with different constituencies operating at various skill levels
- Thrives in a dynamic work environment, both independently and as a part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience of version control tools such as Perforce or GIT
- Experience with corporate Learning Management Systems such as iSpring Learn, Docebo, 360Learning, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, etc.
- Knowledge of Numbers, Pages and Keynote
