Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support across multiple locations in the Buffalo, NY area. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to travel, a strong technical skillset, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide deskside, OSS, and FSO technical support for Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, desk telephony, AV equipment, comms room devices/activities, desk cabling, and software installation/troubleshooting.
Travel to remote locations as needed to support end users.
Use your own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed).
Provide on-call support during weekends or holidays as requested.
Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology and related equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in desktop or end-user technical support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to provide on-call support when needed.
