Role Summary 

Manages all onsite DC operations for a specific facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and 24x7 readiness. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee physical infrastructure, environment, security, access control.
• Lead onsite smart-hands technicians and operational teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and incident resolution.
• Ensure asset management, MOP/SOP/EOP compliance, and safety standards.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting on site health. 

Required Skills 

• Strong knowledge of DC physical infrastructure
• Team leadership and vendor coordination
• Incident and change management 

Experience 

• 8+ years in data center operations, 3+ years onsite management. 

Education 

• Engineering or technical diploma.
