Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DataStage Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration and data warehousing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM DataStage and a solid understanding of data pipelines and database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage
• Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities
• Work with business and technical teams to gather data requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and performance issues
• Integrate DataStage with various data sources (databases, flat files, APIs)
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
• Experience in data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Understanding of data integration and data quality best practices
