Databricks ETL Testing Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Databricks ETL Testing Engineer to validate and test data pipelines built on Databricks. The candidate will ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance across ETL workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and validate ETL pipelines in Databricks.
Perform source-to-target data validation.
Validate transformation logic using SQL and PySpark.
Test Delta Lake tables and data workflows.
Identify data issues and support defect resolution.
Perform regression and integration testing.
Ensure data quality and compliance with standards.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Spark / PySpark.
Experience in ETL/Data warehouse testing.
Knowledge of Delta Lake.
Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.
Experience Required:
4–7 years of ETL/Data Testing experience.
2+ years of Databricks experience preferred.
