Role Overview:

The Database Developer will design, develop, and maintain robust database solutions to support business applications and analytics. This role involves creating efficient data models, writing optimized queries, and ensuring data integrity and security across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ year of Proficiency in SQL and Database Programming (e.g., T SQL, PL/SQL).
• Experience with Database Design and Optimization (including normalization, indexing, and query tuning).
• Hands on experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of data security, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Certifications in database technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft SQL Server).
• Experience with cloud based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
