Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (3 Days Onsite) & Princeton, NJ (2 Days Onsite) – Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Build data visualizations and dashboards for reporting
• Work with engineering teams to deploy scalable data solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously improve models and methodologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
