About the Role We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help turn complex data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to build models, analyze trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets
• Build and deploy machine learning and statistical models
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models
• Monitor model performance and iterate as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
