Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist with 15+ years of expertise to join our team onsite in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, machine learning, and delivering data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Communicate findings through data visualization and reporting tools
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python or R for data science
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
