Job Summary
 The Data Scientist at HCL will be responsible for leveraging data science, Power BI, and Python to uncover insights, drive data driven decision-making, and develop innovative solutions for business challenges. (1.) Key Responsibilities
 1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
 2. Design and create interactive dashboards using power bi to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
 3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
 4. Utilize python for data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development.
 5. Conduct thorough data exploration and statistical analysis to discover patterns and trends.
 
 Skill Requirements
 1. Proficiency in data science techniques and tools.
 2. Strong experience in power bi for data visualization and reporting.
 3. Advanced knowledge of python programming for data manipulation and analysis.
 4. Understanding of machine learning algorithms and methodologies.
