Job Title: Data Scientist (C2C – Local Candidates Only)

Location: Plano, TX & New Jersey, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (C2C)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team on a C2C basis. The ideal candidate must be local to Plano, TX or New Jersey, NJ and available for onsite or hybrid work. You will work on building advanced analytics, predictive models, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models
• Perform data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling
• Work with large datasets using Python/R and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
• Build data pipelines and optimize data workflows
• Communicate insights through visualizations and reports
• Apply NLP, deep learning, or advanced analytics techniques where needed

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python, R, SQL
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
