Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting / Production Support Analyst to join a high-tech client team in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves supporting Business Intelligence platforms, investigating data discrepancies, and delivering actionable insights for both B2B and B2C reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cross-platform support for reporting tools including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Business Objects.
• Investigate, validate, and reconcile data discrepancies across multiple reporting platforms.
• Support B2B and B2C sales reporting, including metric interpretation and data analysis.
• Operate tiered support (Tier 1 / Tier 2) for automated workflows and manual escalations.
• Manage Slack or other automated support workflows for request intake and resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate, document, and resolve platform issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and clear communication to stakeholders regarding data and reporting issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Sales / Channel Performance Reporting
• BI Platform Support: Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects
• SQL / Data Querying / Data Validation
• B2B & B2C Reporting Knowledge
• Automated Support Workflows (Slack, Chatbots, Ticketing Systems)
• Tiered Support Experience (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
• Data Pipeline Knowledge (latency, logic errors, defects)
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at Apple, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn
• Retail Industry Experience
• Executive-Level Reporting Support
• Follow-the-Sun / Globally Distributed Team Experience
