Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive data quality and governance initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop project plans, manage Agile sprint schedules, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct impact assessment and gap analysis to compare current data structures with future MDM requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand data availability, structure, and business requirements.
• Define requirements for data integration, migration, transformation, and current-to-future state mapping.
• Evaluate and improve data quality for key MDM attributes and define data quality rules.
• Facilitate data governance discussions and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
• Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Manage data validation processes and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy before deployment.
• Maintain documentation related to data lineage, data definitions, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks
• Proven Project Management experience in data-driven initiatives
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Data Profiling, Data Quality Management, and Source System Analysis
• Experience with Data Integration, Migration, and Transformation projects
• Knowledge of data architecture and data lineage concepts
• Experience working with large and complex datasets

Tools & Technologies

• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Data Platforms: Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark
• BI Tools: Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects
• Data Governance Tools: Collibra, DataHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
• Experience working with enterprise data governance programs
• Familiarity with D&B data architecture, hierarchies, and enrichment
• Prior experience working with large enterprise technology environments
