Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong AI expertise in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust data models and leveraging AI/ML techniques to support healthcare analytics, insights, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Work with large healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, clinical data)
• Implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics and data insights
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (HIPAA)
• Optimize data structures for performance and scalability
• Support data integration from multiple healthcare systems

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in data modeling (ER/Dimensional modeling)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in healthcare
• Experience with SQL and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.)
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience with Python/R for data analysis and modeling
• Understanding of data governance and security practices
