Role description

·       partner with business owners to document end-to-end data flows, including sources, transformations, and business metric definitions

·       work with business teams to reconcile differences in metric definitions and calculations to ensure consistency in reporting across the organization

·       collaborate across clinical, operational, financial, and quality functional areas

·       create metadata repositories for metrics, reports, and data elements

·       develop comprehensive data dictionary and business glossary

·       design control metrics and discrepancy reporting to enable long-term maintenance of data accuracy

Experience requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance and data analysis in healthcare or health insurance

• solid SQL/data querying skills to trace data lineage and validate transformations
• 1-2 years mandate exp in Purview
• familiarity with Medicare Advantage and healthcare performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STARs) is a plus
