Data Engineer

• Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and pipeline performance
• Implement data governance and best practices
• Automate data processing and reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Apache Airflow, Kafka, or dbt
• Knowledge of data lake and lakehouse architectures
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Understanding of real-time data streaming
