Data Engineer

• Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Optimize query performance and storage solutions
• Work with real-time and batch data processing systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
• Support analytics and reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala)
• Experience with ETL tools and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Knowledge of data streaming tools (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
