🚨 #Hiring | Data Engineer / ETL Developer | In-Person Role | Texas 🚨

We are actively looking for experienced Data Engineering professionals for an exciting opportunity with HHSC focused on building and enhancing a large-scale Data Integration Hub within the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS).

📍 Location: Texas (In-Person Role)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and automate ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS

✔️ Design and optimize complex Snowflake SQL scripts

✔️ Integrate data from multiple sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF

✔️ Support dimensional data modeling and analytics environments

✔️ Collaborate within Agile sprint teams and participate in all SDLC phases

✔️ Work on data validation, testing, deployment, and operational enhancements

✔️ Create technical documentation, workflows, diagrams, and specifications

✔️ Support Tableau-based analytics and reporting solutions

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ 8+ years of Informatica PowerCenter / IICS experience

✅ Strong Snowflake SQL development expertise

✅ Experience with enterprise data warehousing & analytics systems

✅ Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience working across multiple enterprise platforms/products

🔹 Preferred Skills:

⭐ Healthcare / HHS experience

⭐ Experience handling PII / PHI data

⭐ Python scripting

⭐ JIRA, REST/SOAP Web Services

⭐ Java / JavaScript

⭐ CI/CD with GitHub & GitHub Actions

⭐ MuleSoft

⭐ AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Informatica Claire
