Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with AI experience to join our team in Columbus, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering and cloud technologies.
Required Skills:
 • Strong Python experience for data processing & pipeline development
 • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (PySpark preferred)
 • Solid AWS experience (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Lambda)
 • Strong SQL and database knowledge (RDBMS & NoSQL)
 • Experience in data modeling, ETL frameworks & data warehousing
 • Experience with distributed data systems
 • CI/CD & Git knowledge
Preferred:
 • Airflow or workflow orchestration tools
 • Kafka / Kinesis (streaming platforms)
 • Docker & Kubernetes
 • Delta Lake / Iceberg / Hudi exposure
