Data Engineer

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems
• Develop scripts and automation for data ingestion, transformation, and processing
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and pipeline performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and business intelligence needs
• Implement data governance and best practices for scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
• Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Experience with streaming data and real-time processing
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of data modeling and metadata management
