Data Engineer

• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards
• Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams
• Monitor and improve performance of data systems
• Implement batch and real-time data processing solutions
• Support data integration across enterprise applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related role
• Strong proficiency in:
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with ETL tools (Airflow, Informatica, SSIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schema)
• Experience with cloud platforms:
  • AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue)
  • Azure (Data Factory, Synapse)
  • GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data frameworks:
  • Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks
• Familiarity with streaming tools:
  • Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hubs
