Data Engineer

• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues
• Automate data workflows and improve system efficiency
• Implement best practices for data architecture and governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or related role
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark)
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL tools and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Glue, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
