Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Data Governance and Microsoft Purview to build and manage enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial services, data integration, and API-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
• Implement and manage data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for data access and ingestion
• Ensure data quality, lineage, cataloging, and compliance
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams
• Work in Agile environments to deliver data solutions
• Support data security and regulatory compliance in financial systems

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong experience with Data Governance tools, especially Microsoft Purview
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience in financial services domain
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
