Data Engineer

• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and pipeline issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related role
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
• Experience with version control systems like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of data lake and data warehouse concepts
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
