Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Architect to lead and support large-scale data center migration and consolidation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in infrastructure design, virtualization, and high-availability systems, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data center migration and consolidation projects end-to-end
• Design and implement data center architecture strategies
• Analyze existing environments through:
  • Log analysis
  • System inspection
  • Dependency mapping
• Identify root causes and define remediation plans
• Work with cross-functional teams for infrastructure coordination
• Manage and maintain CMDB/DCIM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Nautobot)
• Ensure adherence to high availability, redundancy, and Tier III standards
• Perform risk analysis and support migration planning
• Handle triage and incident resolution during migration phases

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in large-scale data center migrations or consolidations
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Data center infrastructure (racks, power, cooling, cabling)
  • Networking, firewalls, storage arrays, clusters
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi)
• Expertise in Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Redundancy models
  • Failure domains
  • High-availability architectures
  • Tier III data center environments
• Experience in data modeling and system design
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow data modeling and migration modules
• Exposure to financial domain environments
• Knowledge of forensic analysis or troubleshooting methodologies
