Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design, develop, and maintain healthcare data architecture including data models, data flows, and integration patterns.
🔸 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
➡ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare data regulations.
⏩ Lead data governance, quality, and standardization initiatives.
➤ Optimize data pipelines for clinical, financial, and operational healthcare data.
🔹 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.
🔸 Evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices in healthcare data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles in the healthcare domain.
🔸 Strong expertise in healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD, and DICOM.
➡ Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
⏩ Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data transformation.
➤ Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data solutions.
🔹 Experience with healthcare analytics platforms and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
🔸 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
➡ Certification in healthcare data (e.g., CDMP, FHIR, or relevant cloud/data certifications).
⏩ Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and AI/ML applications in healthcare.
