Data Architect

• Architect scalable data pipelines and data integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Lead migration of on-premise data systems to cloud platforms.
• Support real-time and batch data processing architectures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, database design, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in data modeling (ER modeling, dimensional modeling).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Informatica, DataStage, etc.).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Lakehouse).
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Architect).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
