Data Architect Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health Data Services Strategy Manager to lead healthcare analytics and digital health initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing enterprise analytics strategies, building executive dashboards, and supporting quality improvement and regulatory reporting across healthcare systems. The candidate will work with EHR data (preferably Epic), integrate multiple healthcare data sources, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of healthcare analytics or healthcare IT experience, including 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing analysts or technical teams. Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measures, regulatory reporting (CMS, HCAI, DHCS), data governance, and healthcare compliance is required. Experience with enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and public health or government healthcare environments is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
