Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms (Snowflake and Sigma preferred).
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous analytics initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into clear analytical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, well-governed dashboards, metrics, and data models that support both executive reporting and self-serve use cases.
- Experience managing analytics workflows, priorities, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical logic to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business judgment with a demonstrated understanding of retail performance drivers across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and rigor.
- Advanced SQL
- Snowflake or other cloud warehousing tools (Databricks, Big Query)
- Ticketing experience to help set ticketing best practices
- Ideally in Jira
- Retail background, home furnishings big plus
