Data Analysts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
Experience with data querying languages (SQL) and working with large datasets
Expertise in writing complex queries joining multiple tables
Experience in using analytical functions in SQL (like Rank, Dense Rank, variance, Partition by etc.)
Expertise in exploratory data analytics using complex SQL, Excel and other tools
Proficiency in building dynamic, interactive reports, and dashboards
Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau etc.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in stakeholder management, especially with business units to understand the requirements and suggest data insights and solutions
Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
Combine in-depth analysis of business unit requirements and comprehensive understand of core system capabilities
Experience leading and working independently on projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge on Fintech domain with exposure to investment banking, wealth management, securities etc.
