Lead Data Analyst ( Data Insights) 

Note: The role requires the candidate to come down for a F2F Discussion with the client ad hence require Locals only

Key Responsibilities

• Extract meaningful insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
• Leverage existing data sources and develop new analytical methods to support business decision-making.
• Lead client teams in defining clear business requirements for data analysis and reporting initiatives.
• Define metrics, KPIs, data visualization standards, and ETL requirements for analytics projects.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis.
• Interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and develop analytical models and approaches aligned with business needs.
• Create customer-friendly dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Identify, acquire, and integrate new reference data sources required to support analytics initiatives.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations through data storytelling, presentations, and visualizations.
• Design and develop industry-leading dashboards and analytics solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging.
• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to support data-driven decision making.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data analysts and insight teams across multiple industry domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets to business stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience working in a data platform, analytics, or data science environment.
• 10+ years of experience supporting customer-facing products or services.
• Experience serving as a Technical Lead or senior analytics professional, with broader industry exposure than traditional Data Insight Analysts.
