Data Analyst

Designs, develops, and maintains standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools Experience in Evaluation and enhancement of data governance and regulatory reporting practices (2052A/6G), strengthening operational quality standards and compliance readiness Experience in manual FP&A Reg Reporting Assists in gathering, organizing, and maintaining information resources across platforms such as Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise systems including the InSync EHR Runs reports and extracts data from source systems to prepare clean, accurate datasets for analysis and reporting Supports the development of Power BI dashboards and SQL queries under the guidance of the Information Development Specialist Identifies data trends, outliers, and inconsistencies; provides insights and suggestions regarding potential root causes and process improvements Supports data validation efforts to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reported information Documents reporting logic, definitions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability Performs other duties as assigned
