Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in data processing, reporting, and insights generation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
• Support decision-making with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related roles
• Strong expertise in:
  • SQL (advanced querying, performance tuning)
  • Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI)
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
