Job Description:

Western Union is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and data visualization to support business decision-making and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends and insights.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
Create KPI reports and automate recurring reports.
